Osaki OS-Pro Yamato
The Osaki OS-Pro Yamato has a modern design with slick line, a comfortable feel, and wide range of settings and capabilities. The Yamato can massage you from the neck area to the glutes and upper hamstrings with L-track roller. With the Yamato, you can choose variety of auto massage programs, get comfortable, and relax.
Auto body Scan
Sensor in the back massage module scans the curvature of user’s body for the accurate massager movement.
L-Track Massage
The L-Track extends from your neck, all the way down past your lower back, and finally wrapping underneath the back of your thighs.
Air Bag Massage
There are multiple airbags located throughout the massage chair to offer a full body massage experience. Airbags are located at the shoulders, the arms, and the calf and foot areas.
2 Stages of Zero Gravity
When placed in Zero Gravity position, the weight of your back will be virtually supported by the backrest. In this position when the knees are brought above the chest will optimize your blood flow, in order to relax the body more. There are 2 stages of zero gravity.

Foot Massage & Calf Kneading

30 Day Return
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we do have a 30 day return policy. You will need to keep all original packaging in order for us to accept your return or exchange it for another product.
Price Match
If for any reason our prices are beaten elsewhere by a competitor. As long as the product is in stock, we will match the price or even beat it as we want our customers to have the best prices.
Return Policy
We accept return for a full refund as long as you return it in 30 days from the day the product was shipped to you.
Here are the steps for return:
- 1. Call or email us to get an RMA number. Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and reject it.
- 2. Everything should be in the original box in the original condition. If any parts are missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it. It’s a good idea to save the original box with its packing materials in 30 days.
- 3. You will not be charged for the original shipping, but if you chose white glove shipping and paid for it, the white glove shipping is not refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping charge. In case you want to exchange to an equal or higher value chairs, you will be credited for the return shipping fee.
- 4. Please allow two weeks after we receive the product for us to issue you a credit since we need to inspect whether everything is in its original condition or not.
- 5. Residents of Los Angeles County and Orange County: we will pick up the chair if you live in the Los Angeles county or Orange county. You don’t have to put it back into the original box and return in in assemble stage. All the printed material and accessories should be returned in its original condition. You will not be charged for the original shipping but the return shipping charge is $500.00
